About The Position

Quest ( www.questenergygroup.com ) is the Leader in 3PL / Freight Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Position Overview: The Carrier Risk Associate ensures motor carriers in our network meet compliance, safety, and credentialing standards. This role involves carrier vetting, monitoring, and investigating suspicious profiles using tools like Highway, Carrier411, and FMCSA systems. You will collaborate with the U.S.-based Compliance Manager and carrier sales reps to enforce risk policies, conduct reviews, and improve fraud prevention and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, compliance, risk, auditing, or fraud prevention.
• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and handle sensitive decisions reliably.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with freight brokerage, Highway, Carrier411, or FMCSA systems.
• Background in compliance, fraud detection, or logistics onboarding.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Carrier Vetting & Monitoring: Perform compliance checks, apply rules to determine carrier eligibility, and escalate high-risk profiles.
• Risk Assessment & Fraud Prevention: Investigate alerts, validate carrier data, and monitor changes in safety ratings, insurance, and violations.
• Communication & Documentation: Resolve issues with carrier reps, document decisions, and prepare compliance reports.
• Process Support: Follow SOPs, contribute to process improvements, and assist with audits and data cleanups.
