About The Position

Griswold Home Care for Howard County is looking to hire capable and flexible part-time Caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking to older adults. NOW SERVING CARROLL COUNTY! Requirements

CPR Certification (required)
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
Valid car insurance and registration
Willingness to travel within Howard and Carroll Counties
Must pass criminal background check

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
1+ year of caregiving experience (2+ years required for Finksburg couples care position)
CNA or home care experience (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely without assistance

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, etc.
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Grocery shopping
Transportation to and from appointments
Dementia care
