Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (paid training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, reliable, and caring Caregiver with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Serve as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes, adapting to varying schedules and individual care needs
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client
