About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions in Spokane County. We are looking for dedicated Caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality in-home care. Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour (depending on experience and certification)

Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required (paid training provided)
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, reliable, and caring Caregiver with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Serve as a trusted Caregiver in clients’ homes, adapting to varying schedules and individual care needs
Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for each client
