About The Position

Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is looking for compassionate and reliable In-Home Care Companions to provide support for clients in Pasadena and Arcadia. In this role, you’ll help individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes—while making a meaningful difference every day.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous caregiving or related experience (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Personal Care (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and transfers.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with prescriptions.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and encourage proper hydration.
• Companionship: Offer conversation, emotional support, and accompany clients to activities or appointments.
• Wellness Checks: Observe and report any changes in health or behavior.
