About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve, with leaders trusting you to make the right decisions for participants. You will take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities, supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Additionally, you will assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position is a Float Fulltime role, requiring flexibility to work different shifts throughout the week and every other Saturday and Sunday, often involving work at multiple houses and running errands for supplies. Sevita is looking for compassionate, patient individuals who find meaning in this type of work.
