Caregiver 8AM-2PM
About The Position
Join United Home Care as a Daytime Caregiver! United Home Care is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide support to our clients during the day from 8 AM to 2 PM . If you have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive difference in someone's life, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities while offering companionship and support. Your compassionate nature and support will be invaluable to those in your care! This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed , as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client’s schedule.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Active California Home Care Aide registration required.
- Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. (valid ID and Social Security number).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance quality of life.
- Assist with mobility and transportation for appointments or outings.
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.
- Document care activities and communicate any changes in health to family members or healthcare professionals.
