Requirements

• 1+ years of experience directly related to patient care.
• Strong customer service, ability to multitask in a clinical setting, and proficiency in medical record databases.

Nice To Haves

• We are specifically seeking candidates with experience as an STNA, Phlebotomist, CNA, or Pharmacy Tech.
• Medical Assistant schooling is a plus, but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, record medications/allergies, and collect/process lab specimens.
• Schedule procedures and surgeries, coordinate with surgical vendors, and manage physician block times.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR), handle insurance authorizations, and resolve eligibility issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all OSHA and Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
