About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Male Caregiver to join our team and provide personalized in-home care for a male client in the Northwest Houston / Cypress area. Our client is seeking a male caregiver to assist with personal care and companionship to ensure he can remain safe, comfortable, and independent in his own home.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Male candidate highly preferred per client’s personal care request.
• 1 year of previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation (walking).
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs.
• Build a rapport through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Keep the client’s environment clean and organized (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Assist with grocery shopping or medical appointments as needed.
