About The Position
Generations Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Caregiver to join our team in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. In this role, you will provide exceptional in-home care to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while supporting their independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes - must own vehicle
- Background check
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary needs
- Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
