About The Position

Our McGregor Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. We offer rewarding employment, resident-centered care, a team environment, and professional development with a dependable health care company. Schedule: Full time Shift differential for PM extra $2.00 and overnight extra $2.50

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED
• Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required.
• Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study.
