About The Position

Our St. Cloud Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Full time available AM RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required. Requirements

Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service
