We are currently recruiting for hospitality focused Caregivers to join our team! This position provides direct care to residents and assists them with all their ADLs (activities of daily living). Along with ADLs we help assist with activities and meals. This position is mainly for our Memory Care shift 2pm to 10pm. Our pay range is $17 to $18 per hour pending experience. Shift differential for working weekends also. Requirements

1-2 years experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
Pass a drug screen, TB Skin test, and a background check

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
Responsible for reporting's of resident behavioral changes and the development.
Provide daily report to the Charge Nurse and on-coming shifts concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs.
Provide care according to the care plan of the resident.
Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination with the nurses to provide the best and personalized care we can offer.
