About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team on a full-time basis for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle physical demands associated with caregiving tasks.
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and occasional weekends or holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health and report any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients conducive to their needs.
• Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with clients and their families.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of care provided and any incidents that occur.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare and support staff to deliver comprehensive care services.
