Requirements

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we provide paid training)
Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others
Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance required for client transportation and travel between shifts

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Work primarily in clients' homes, with varying shift times and activities
