Requirements

• High School Diploma, required
• Solid understanding of the Student and Extern life cycle within a school setting and/or the Career Services externship process
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, including superior problem solving, organization and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds
• Ability to professionally represent the campus in the employment community
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change
• High energy, assertive, results driven and highly ethical
• Computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree, preferred

Responsibilities

• Establishing relationships with employers to hire IEC students and graduates.
• Preparing students for job placement through career development workshops, resume development and job interview preparation.
