Build Futures. As CPP Coordinator at Delaware Valley Job Corps, you’re setting the foundation for students (ages 16–24) to succeed in life, work, and independence. Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. 🎓 What You’ll Do • Deliver Career Preparation Program (CPP) instruction and training • Help students build individualized career and development plans • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure early success and retention • Evaluate student progress, participation, and readiness for next program phases • Coordinate new student onboarding, orientation, and transition to center life • Maintain accurate case notes and student records in the system • Facilitate classroom and/or virtual instruction • Support students in completing MyPACE and CPP requirements • Create a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment • Step in to support leadership when needed 💸 What You Get • Consistent full-time schedule • 11 paid holidays per year • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with 5% employer match • Generous PTO + sick time • FREE Employee Assistance Program • Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) • Access to gym and wellness programs Qualifications✅ What You Need • High School Diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred) • Experience in teaching, training, group facilitation, or youth programs preferred • Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills • Ability to manage student progress and documentation • Valid in-state driver’s license required “Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
