This full -time role is ideal for a recent college graduate or emerging professional who wants to build a long -term career in restaurant leadership, business operations, or pursue Chick -fil -A’s highly competitive Leadership Development Program (LDP). Operator Greg Harb is hands on in his restaurant and leads a thriving team at Chick -fil -A Fountain City. He cares deeply about his team, sets clear goals and expectations, and leads by example.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Passion for service, people, and excellence
- Strong interest in long term career growth, including potential Chick -fil -A LDP participation (required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Learn and lead in every area of restaurant operations
- Build, coach, and manage high -performing teams of 50+ team members
- Improve guest experience, reduce costs, and increase overall restaurant performance
- Gain direct preparation and experience for future leadership roles, including potential candidacy for Chick -fil -A’s Leadership Development Program
