Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
5-7 years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or talent development.
Strong network-building skills and proven ability to maintain professional relationships.
In-depth understanding of the Jewish communal sector and career pathways.
Excellent coaching and advising capabilities.
Outstanding communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems and metrics to track impact.
Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
