General Position Summary Performs professional correctional and program casework; supervising and managing activities of adult felony offenders for the corrections department. This position involves the participation and application of program goals and objectives to promote a strengths-based, wellness informed, client centered approach to assist individuals in achieving their goals.

Requirements

  • QMHA or a Bachelor’s degree and ability to certify as a QMHA within one year of hire date
  • Oregon Driver's License
  • Certified in First Aid, CPR, and LEDS or ability to within one year of hire date
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

  • knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word and Excel Word Processing software.
