About the Role Working with our Clinical team at Estia Health Cleveland you will ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects residents' care needs.

Requirements

• Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice
• Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
• Current AHPRA registration
• Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
