About The Position

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at their clinic in Dumbo. The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued, while also controlling the flow of appointments. They are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails promptly and guide patients through the out-of-network experience, always greeting them with 5-star customer service. Spear aims to foster a true community environment for both patients and team members, valuing a collaborative spirit to ensure everyone receives the necessary care and support. Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
  • Control the flow of appointments.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
  • Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
  • Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
  • Execute 5-star customer service.
