Your role will encompass driving quality improvement initiatives, engaging in continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes to enhance patient care outcomes, and collaborating with the clinical team to coordinate appropriate levels of care. You'll maintain strong organizational skills, functioning independently under the direction of the PCU manager/CNO, while also demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service with patients, families, and colleagues.
