About The Position

Rock House is seeking qualified candidate to support adults with intellectual disabilities. At Rock House, we touch lives! This position will be responsible for advocating for individuals to make sure they receive high quality care. This position will also supervise daily instruction and training to residents in a group home setting including activities of daily living, hygiene and recreation. It will assist in planning, monitoring and documenting services. This role involves a significant amount of communication patients, their families/guardians, heathcare and other professionals, and staff in ways that are helpful to the consumer. Represents consumers when dealing with medical needs. Supervises facility upkeep. Will also train and supervise residential staff and plan staff schedules. Will develop and maintain sound employee relations, as well as, address complaints and resolve conflicts. Will participate in on-call rotation with other supervisory staff.
