Under the direction of management and physician leadership, the CPC will support the day-to-day operational responsibilities within and specifically to a cardiology practice. A primary focus will be to orchestrate communications and coordination of non-clinical care prior to and throughout the visit between the provider and the patient, in order to achieve improved outcomes related to access and quality of care.
