Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Operational understanding of all Operation Support Department function
  • Knowledge of card processing policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z and Visa Regulation
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Well organized
  • Solid verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • PC proficient

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current Tranblocker rules within card processing system.
  • Review CAMS alerts to determine if re-issue is warranted.
  • Gather data for Visa quarterly reporting.
  • Process replacement card requests received from members and office staff.
  • Review daily reports from card processor for ATM/Visa exceptions, lost/stolen notifications and process adjustments as needed.
  • Be responsible for monthly Debit/Credit card reissues.
  • Assist with Visa Communication and CUNA claims.
  • Responsible for fraud / dispute processing on Visa debit/credit cards as well as ATM cards including chargebacks, working with merchants to refund members and the completion of the monthly write-off process.
  • Communicate with members throughout the dispute process to request additional information or to keep them informed of their claim status.
  • Review all daily, weekly, and monthly ATM/Fraud reports and Falcon Alerts.
  • Process foreign cardholder ATM adjustments.
  • Assist Accounting with the maintenance and balancing of the Exceptions GL.
  • Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) guidelines and regulations as explained and as appropriate for the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Operations Support.
