The Card Services Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of member inquiries and issues related to credit, debit, and ATM cards. This includes responding to phone and email inquiries, assisting with card activation and PIN setup, and resolving complaints such as lost/stolen cards, fraud, and unauthorized charges. The role also involves processing new card applications, renewals, and replacements, as well as monitoring accounts for suspicious activity and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, the representative will manage card stock, settle and balance ATM/ITM machines, generate reports, and handle cardholder disputes by liaising with card networks and financial institutions. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and adhering to security protocols for sensitive member information.
