About The Position

The Card Services Coordinator is responsible for administering all corporate credit card programs. This includes Travel & Entertainment (T&E) cards, purchasing cards, event planner cards and executive T&E cards. This position is the primary point of contact between the card program provider and the company.

Requirements

  • Three years of related work experience is required.
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, database skills, and Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check is required for all positions at Helena.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business-related field is preferred.
  • Experience with expense reporting software is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle is preferred.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all cardholders are set up properly within the correct card program.
  • Processes all fraud claims and manages related fraud cases.
  • Makes recommendations for areas of improvement within the card program.
  • Develops and maintains corporate card program procedures.
  • Verifies validity of suspicious card activity to minimize risk of fraud.
  • Assists cardholders with inquiries as needed.
  • Performs month-end activities related to the corporate card programs.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
  • Reliable and regular attendance is required.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
