Requirements

• Strong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation E.
• Understanding of Credit Union policies
• Experience in card operations, payments, or financial services

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Velera (formerly PSCU/Co-op Solutions) or similar card processor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports the daily operations of the Card Services department and provides technical support for card products.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate transaction processing, fraud monitoring, dispute resolution and compliance with regulations.
• Completes daily card operations and ATM management
• Reconciles daily card transactions, manages settlements, and handles general ledger postings
• Investigates fraudulent activity, chargebacks and resolve member transaction disputes
