About The Position
The Card Operations Representative at Texas First Bank will be responsible for handling multiple tasks involving debit, credit, and prepaid cards. This role is within a fast-paced department and requires the ability to handle phone calls, portal tickets, and emails quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with new products and programs
Nice To Haves
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Responsibilities
- Help grow and create new card programs with Fintech partners as BaaS
- Assist with card networks Pulse, Visa, and Mastercard
- Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis
- Assist in creating and reviewing reports for any BaaS products
- Monitor external reports for accuracy
- Participate in training to expand knowledge of the department and position
- Assist with setting up processes and procedures for BaaS products
- Handle past due collection on credit cards
- Provide backup support to others in the department
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Research transactional history
