As a Senior Card Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the organization by gathering, analyzing, and reporting on key business data, while processing debit and credit card inquiries and maintenance requests. You'll develop reporting aligned with leadership goals, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions and direction. In this role, you'll translate data into visualizations communicating key metrics and insights effectively. In addition, you'll work closely with management to help support teams with quality control feedback, answering inquiries and providing guidance on procedural steps. Create and maintain recurring reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports delivered to internal stakeholders. Process performance analysis on datasets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding card-related issues. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and bank policies.
