About The Position

Car Wash Manager In Training: We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help lead our teams and deliver our guests a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As a Car Wash Manager-in-Training at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning the day-to-day operations of the wash as well as providing support for the sites you are training at. Requirements

OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED.
Exceptional leadership.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of business management practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and time management capabilities.
Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
The ability to stand for long periods of time.
The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
The ability to lift 50 lbs.
Mechanically Inclined.
Travel between locations for training and development purposes.
The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.
Present, promote, and sell car wash memberships
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Help train and develop new employees.
Motivate and coach your team as needed.
Prioritize responsibilities and multitask.
Work well in a team environment and individually.
Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.
Growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results consistently.
Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.
Basic computer skills.
Any duties assigned by leadership.
