Responsibilities
- Learn from the best—train hands-on with our experienced managers to prepare for your leadership role
- Be the face of Waves—greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure every visit leaves them smiling
- Keep us running smoothly—oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs
- Drive growth—help us expand and build strong customer loyalty
- Take charge—open and close the wash, operate equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Keep it clean & safe—maintain our tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment (we’ll train you!)
- Work with tech—use our Point of Sale system to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Pitch in as a team player—help wherever needed to keep our customers happy
