Some of what you’ll do as a Car Wash Manager (In-Training): Lead a team to deliver quality service with an outstanding customer experience. Coach team to create a positive, high-energy environment customers can feel. Train and support team at varying levels of development. Manage daily operations, ensuring delivery of consistent, quality services in an urgent manner. Maintain a clean and inviting property and facility. Our MIT program will teach you our systems and philosophy; you must bring the drive, positive energy, hustle, and willingness to learn. You’ll learn quickly and assume responsibility for running our multi-million-dollar business like it was your own. We train our managers to run a business, not just wash cars. Requirements

Experience in retail service and/or sales.
Management and strategic staff scheduling experience.
The ability to effectively communicate and interact with employees and superiors.
A willingness to embrace new concepts and culture.
Reliable transportation.
Open Availability (we’re open every day & we need Managers who can work Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays…no problem
