About The Position
As Assistant Car Wash Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.
Requirements
- Entry-level; No prior management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager-on-Duty in GM’s absence
- Lead and coach team members
- Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns
- Maintain safety and operational standards
- Manage equipment and inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Support profitability goals and performance metrics
- Perform general car wash duties as needed
