About The Position

Our company is looking for an experienced Car Wash Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car wash facility. S/he should be responsible for managing a team of car wash technicians, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient facility. The Car Wash Manager is also responsible for monitoring inventory, implementing safety procedures, and achieving business targets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
Previous experience in a car wash or automotive service environment is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing a team and achieving operational goals.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of car wash equipment, techniques, and cleaning products.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise a team of car wash technicians.
Schedule and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve employee performance.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Monitor equipment functionality and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Ensure that vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and according to established standards.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and the facility to maintain cleanliness and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and implement measures to achieve revenue targets.
