About The Position

The Detail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the detailing team and ensuring the highest quality of vehicle cleaning and detailing services. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional results, managing workflow efficiently, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle detailing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of detailing equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the detail team and assist team members.
• Ensure vehicles are detailed to company and customer standards (interior and exterior).
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members on proper detailing techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and place orders as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on all detailed vehicles before customer delivery.
• Address customer concerns or rework requests professionally and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with other supervisors and management to support overall operations.
