Rogers Motors in Hermiston Oregon has a full-time opening for a Car Wash Supervisor position in our Toyota dealership. The Car Wash Attendant Supervisor is responsible for managing the car wash staff, schedule and performance to meet the dealership and customer expectations. This is a “working” supervisory position and you will also be washing vehicles after service repairs and for new and used vehicle deliveries to our customers.

Responsibilities

Working with Service Advisors, Sales Managers, Used Car Managers, and other dealership personnel daily.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of all car wash attendants supporting the dealership.
Assist in scheduling, recruiting, training and other staffing related activities at our car wash.
Ensure the equipment and supplies are stocked, ordered, and operating efficiently at all times.
Moving vehicles in and out of the car wash areas and delivering vehicles/keys to designated areas upon completion.
Spraying specific areas of the car with water and soap prior to car entering car wash.
Hand washing vehicles.
Confirming car exterior is clean upon completion and addressing areas that aren't cleaned effectively.
Vacuuming the car as required.
Ensuring the facility and all areas utilized in Service and Car Wash areas are clean, organized, and optimized for car wash activities.
