About The Position

This management position is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the General Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of the workplace. Roles and responsibilities are listed above but are not limited to the list. Employees may be asked to complete tasks outside of this list and within management’s reason for their job description.
