Requirements

  • No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs
  • Guide customers through the full buying experience—from test drive to delivery
  • Clearly present vehicle features, options, and benefits
  • Assist with financing options and paperwork in a seamless, professional way
  • Hit and exceed personal sales goals and performance metrics
  • Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
