About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Capture Manager that will work out of the Arlington, VA office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Takes leadership initiative in end-to-end capture of federal civilian and defense opportunities from lead generation to pre-positioning to proposal development and interview preparation Develops capture plans and assists with formulation of win strategy and themes Works with content creators, marketing, operations, legal and other partners to develop response to Sources Sought Notices, RFI’s, Market Research queries, RFQ’s and RFP’s from Federal Departments and Agencies Conducts competitor analysis Assists with teaming including team member identification, initial contact, and communication leading to teaming agreements Identifies personnel to be proposed for roles based on the scope of work, deliverables and client expectations Tracks and manages the pipeline of opportunities including Salesforce entries and Workbench set up; manages the pursuit budget Assists with submissions for legal reviews and preparation for risk reviews Attends relevant industry events and occupies leadership positions in professional associations and societies Assists with attracting talent to AECOM Maintains a database of debrief information and utilizes the information as appropriate Leads opportunities where AECOM is subconsultant/subcontractor and supports Prime Contractors, including small businesses, in RFQ/RFP response preparation Assists with pricing and labor rate development, coordinates pricing reviews with internal stakeholder.

Requirements

  • BA/BS plus four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Due to the nature of work, U.S. citizenship is required.
