About The Position

The Opportunity : Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge . Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community
• Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain
• Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
• Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
• Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
• Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multitasking environment
• Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
• Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
