Coordinates daily activities and personnel involved in performing internal operations. Serves as a EMS provider and a professional role model for other employees. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Requirements

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)
• Certified Emergency Medical Technician - State of Pennsylvania
• Acts Decisively
• Leads Others
• Supervisory Customer Service

• Associate's Degree- (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees.
• Orients new personnel.
• Assists in investigating, analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints.
• Interprets, implements and enforces compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity.
