About The Position

Enova is currently searching for a Capital Markets Associate that will help manage Enova’s capital markets strategy. As a key member of Enova’s Treasury team, this person will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that existing debt facilities and capital markets transactions run smoothly, assist in the development of new financing to support Enova’s growth, and participate in special projects. This role reports to the Director, Assistant Treasurer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury, ALM, or FP&A, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities, including integrated financial statements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Effective collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with debt capital markets and securitization market standards, including facility reporting and loan funding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and execute new debt facilities and other capital markets transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, analyze deal structures, and inform capital strategy decisions, including balance sheet and interest expense projections.
  • Partner cross-functionally (FP&A, Treasury, Product, Accounting, Legal) to support transaction execution, liquidity planning, and ongoing reporting requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver investor and lender materials, including presentations, offering documents, and due diligence responses, ensuring accuracy and quality prior to executive approval.
  • Manage liquidity by monitoring cash positions across bank accounts, supporting daily cash management, and enhancing asset-liability and risk management capabilities (e.g., interest rate and liquidity risk).
  • Own monthly servicer reporting, including covenant compliance tracking and funding request execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and investors, serving as a key point of contact for ongoing reporting and information requests.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to improve funding efficiency and optimize capital structure.
