About The Position

This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role at the center of closing high-value industrial equipment deals - not a traditional leasing or back-office finance position. At Stiles Machinery, we sell $200,000+ CNC and industrial machinery, often involving multiple machines per transaction. This role exists to drive revenue, remove financial barriers to purchase, and actively support the sales process by structuring compelling financing solutions that help customers say yes. If you enjoy engaging with customers, influencing buying decisions, and partnering directly with sales teams to close complex, high-dollar deals, this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • A sales-oriented professional with experience in equipment finance, capital sales, banking, or commercial lending.
  • Comfortable influencing decisions and engaging customers in high-value, consultative sales conversations.
  • Outgoing, confident, and relationship-driven - someone who enjoys being part of the deal, not behind it.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financing concepts in a clear, compelling way.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with industrial equipment, capital goods, or B2B solutions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a finance-driven sales partner, working alongside equipment sales representatives to help close capital equipment transactions.
  • Engage directly with customers to present, explain, and position financing solutions that support purchasing decisions.
  • Structure creative financing and leasing solutions for large-scale industrial machinery and multi-machine packages.
  • Guide customers through the financing process while maintaining momentum toward closing the sale.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, lenders, and internal sales teams to accelerate deal flow.
  • Identify opportunities where financing can increase deal size, speed up close time, or unlock additional equipment sales.
  • Manage deal pipelines, approvals, and funding while staying actively involved in the sales process.
