About The Position
This is a temporary production line worker position responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing high quality candles in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use quality inspection equipment
- Proficient and basic math and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of various candles in a production line environment.
- Melt wax and blend fragrance oils and dyes.
- Operating wicking machine that coats the wick with wax.
- Operate pouring equipment for the placement of molten wax, while maintaining correct temperature.
- Trim wicks and clean containers of any waxy residue.
- Monitor label machines and place packaged products on pallets.
- Clean and maintain wax tanks and general workstation.
