About The Position

This is a special project assignment- a goup of 10 consultants will be supporting 8 FTE in the Campus Support Center in Glendale, CA. This position requires the flexibility to work M-F and Saturday after trainig . Consultants will be making outbound calls to patients to assist with confirming pharmacy refills, annual wellness visits, ER Outreach for people that have frequest visits to emergency room, new authorizations, and additional projects as they come about from leadership.
