You’ll build relationships, create experiences, and help students launch their careers. If you love networking, social media, and making things happen, this role is for you.

Requirements

High school diploma required
1+ year of experience in recruiting or a related field preferred (but transferable skills count!).
Social media savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn and networking.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with great people skills and a proactive mindset.
Flexible schedule – some evenings/weekends for events.
Willing to travel up to 25%, including to our Fort Worth office.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR or related field
Knowledge of hiring best practices and compliance

Responsibilities

Be our go-to person for campus recruiting in Texas.
Show up and stand out at career fairs, campus events, and info sessions.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and help match talent to the right roles.
Build strong connections with universities and student organizations.
Assist with experienced hire logistics (think scheduling, greeting, and making interviews smooth).
Support culture-driven events and firm-wide initiatives that make work fun and meaningful.
