JOB SUMMARY: This role is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences This individual will assist the General Manager and other members of the department. The Host should have a passion for customer experience and hospitality. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Assists in all aspects of a guest’s experience from beginning to end by extending a friendly greeting in an inviting environment Executes guest’s requests in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring satisfaction throughout and adjusting as necessary Demonstrates a sense of urgency for guest requests Communicates promptly with co-workers and other departments to ensure all guests get their food as ordered in timely fashion
