Delaney Oyster House is seeking a warm and professional Host to join our team! Summertime availability is a MUST About Us: Delaney Oyster House is an acclaimed seafood restaurant and raw bar located in the heart of downtown Charleston. As part of The Neighborhood Dining Group which includes renowned establishments such as Husk, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero Delaney Oyster House celebrates the flavors and traditions of the Lowcountry. Our menu highlights the freshest, most sustainable seafood sourced from local coastal and inland waterways, served in a welcoming, casual-chic setting. Friendly, polished, and guest-focused
Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
A team player who communicates clearly and positively
Summertime availability is a MUST

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using reservation systems (experience with OpenTable or Resy a plus)
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
Manage reservations and walk-ins using a reservation platform
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
Coordinate efficient and thoughtful seating to maximize service flow
Support the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience
